Harbortouch Lighthouse - Internet Back-Office

Harbortouch Lighthouse is an Internet based back-office management tool. Run reports or update your menu from any Internet connected computer, eliminating the need for a back-office computer. Want to send employees a message through the POS while you are on vacation? It can do that! Note: Lighthouse is included for free on all POS systems, however it is still being developed for our retail and delivery software.

Harbortouch Tableside - Tableside Ordering

Harbortouch Tableside enables servers to input orders directly at the tableside via an Apple iPad®*. The orders are relayed directly to the kitchen or bar for a dramatic increase in efficiency. It also increases service speed and table turns, as well as, offer a unique and impressive dining experience.

To ensure the utmost reliability & performance, we have implemented a very powerful server for tableside ordering. It is a separate server that links in with the POS systems. The server runs multiple copies of the software and the iPad® runs an app that mirrors the software. The cost for the server is $39 a month and can support up to 5 iPads®. The license fee for each iPad® is $12/mo. Please know that all stations and iPads® can be ran simultaneously.

Harbortouch Reservations & Waitlist

Harbortouch Reservations allows restaurant owners to manage all incoming reservations directly through the POS system, including a waiting list. This allows you to accept reservations over the phone or through the Internet and will all be tracked by the POS system. Similar reservation systems cost hundreds of dollars a month, but Harbortouch Reservations is free!
